Remedial Building Services Co initiated a comprehensive facade remediation project, involving precise raking out and repointing of brickwork to enhance the facade's structural integrity for long-term stability. Furthermore, all planter boxes were removed, followed by re-waterproofing and the reinstatement of plants. Additionally, we carefully ease and adjusted all sashed windows, followed by a fresh coat of paint for a revitalized appearance.
